Refund policy

At The Colour Lab, each bracelet is handmade with care and shipped from West Sussex. We hope you love your order, but if for any reason it is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unworn and unused

  • be in its original packaging

  • be returned in perfect condition with no damage

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please email nancy@nancyrose.co.uk as soon as possible, including:

  • your order number

  • a description of the fault

  • clear images showing the issue

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will process a full refund if the fault is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above may not be accepted

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original, resaleable condition
